Contact Center Representative (Full Time)

Location: Maitland Contact Center (On-site | Back Office)
Openings: 2 Positions Available

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8-4:30 pm, Friday 6:30-2 pm

Pay Range: Minimum Hourly Rate: 18.5
Maximum Hourly Rate: 24.73

What This Role Involves:
• Opening new accounts
• Completing and booking loan applications
• Assisting members via phone, web chat, and secure messaging
• Resolving a variety of member service inquiries
• Working in a supportive, team-oriented environment

What This Role IS NOT

• No member-facing or lobby interactions
• No ATM balancing or cash drawer handling
• No vault access responsibilities
• No cold calling
• Not remote
