Business Development Specialist (Full Time)
Location: Altamonte Administrative Office
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8-4:30 pm, Friday 6:30-2 pm
Pay Range: Minimum Hourly Rate: 19.22
Maximum Hourly Rate: 35.75
Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and driving growth? AdventHealth Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Specialist to represent our brand, grow our membership, and serve as a trusted financial partner to AdventHealth team members.
This is an entry-level position with strong opportunity for growth, ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and develop within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present at AdventHealth onboarding programs to educate new team members about AHCU products and services
- Conduct monthly campus visits and provide on-site member service, including opening new accounts, processing loans, and addressing inquiries
- Build and strengthen relationships with leaders across AdventHealth campuses and community organizations
- Promote and onboard members into AHCU through proactive engagement and education
- Support financial wellness and marketing initiatives as part of our broader growth strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- A top producer with a strong drive to meet or exceed sales and service goals
- A self-starter who takes initiative and operates well in a field-based environment
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Excellent business writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in all work
This position will ultimately report to our future Business Development Manager, offering mentorship and leadership development along the way.
