Annual Meeting

The 2026 Annual Meeting of AdventHealth Credit Union will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. We hope that all members can join us for this important meeting where we will review the past year’s financials and share plans for the credit union’s future, hand out door prizes and hold elections for your credit union’s Board of Directors. Refreshments will be served at 5:30 pm, with the meeting beginning at 6:00pm.

Kristin Ulanoff

Director, Revenue Cycle Ambulatory Services

Kristin has been employed with AdventHealth since 1986. During her healthcare career, she has worked in Nutritional Services, Patient Access/Patient Financial Services, Florida Physician Medical Group, Celebration Health Medical Group, Director of Ancillary Financial services and is presently the Corporate Revenue Cycle Director for AdventHealth and Centra Care.

Kristin is a member of the National Medical Group Management Association, Central Florida Management Group Association, American College of Medical Practice Executives, American Association of Procedural Coders and American Ambulance Association. Kristin has served on the AdventHealth Credit Union Board since 2006. Kristin has two children and two stepchildren and is married to Jonathan Ulanoff.

Carlos Escobar

System VP of Market IT Operations & Planning for AdventHealth IT

Carlos Escobar is the System Vice President of Market IT Operations & Planning for AdventHealth IT. Throughout his 25-year career at AdventHealth, Carlos has served the organization in various IT leadership roles spanning the disciplines of product, project & process management, shared IT service delivery and support, software development and application management.

 In his current role, Carlos is responsible for the regional CIO management team, market IT operations and market planning maintaining a focus on operational excellence while leading, informing, developing and deploying system-wide strategic IT initiatives. He brings strong experience as a business partner delivering customer-centric, value-added health care solutions enabled by innovative information technology. He is passionate about leading the integration of
business and technology strategies to drive overall industry enhancements in health care.

Mr. Escobar is a certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and a member of the Hispanic Technology Executive Council (HITEC Global) having been recognized in 2023 as a HITEC 100 Awardee. Mr. Escobar received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stetson University. Carlos is passionate about serving others and improving the health of his community through his work, and the civic organizations that he supports. Mr. Escobar sits on two boards including Shepherd’s Hope, a non-profit faith-based organization of volunteers that exists to provide access to healthcare for uninsured patients in Central Florida, and Prospera USA, a national economic non-profit organization specializing in providing bilingual assistance to Hispanic entrepreneurs establishing or expanding their businesses through training, consulting, grants and access to capital.
