Over the past few weeks it’s become clear, that as a nation, we are facing an extraordinary challenge in the face of COVID-19. Like you, we are deeply concerned. Our goal is to keep you, our members, and our employees safe while continuing to provide you with the service you have come to expect and trust.
Things are ever changing and as an organization we need to respond and adapt to these changes. Here is what we will be doing:
Starting Monday, March 23, 2020 our hours of operations will change as follows:
Our Orlando Branch will open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
Our East Orlando Branch will open 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The branch will be closed on Tuesday and Thursday.
Our Support Center hours of operations remains unchanged. Walk-in visits are discouraged, and members must make an appointment ahead of time.
We are temporarily limiting the number of individuals in our lobby to 2 persons at a time.
We strongly encourage you to wash your hands and use hand sanitizers, available in all our branches, before entering the branch.
You can access your accounts online or by using the AdventHealth Credit Union Mobile App at your convenience. From there, you can make payments, transfer money, view transactions, check balances, deposit checks, find an ATM and more. We would like to remind you that our Mobile App also gives you the ability to move money to and from your other financial institutions, or pay/send money to others, contact us for more detail on these two options. It’s easier and faster (in most cases) to manage your account digitally, especially given call wait times may be longer than usual. If you haven’t enrolled in online access, it only takes a few minutes. Enroll now.
